Lee Kee (previously known as Imbi road original pork noodles) was originally an ordinary stall but serves very famous pork noodles in Win Heng Seng Restaurant at Imbi road, Kuala Lumpur and has passed the taste test for 4 generations.. Not only is the soup sweet, but other ingredients such as the minced meat, pork balls, signature roasted intestines are of very high standards. The pork balls are home-made based on a consistent recipe passed on for generations by the boss, Mr. Lee Yuen Song and they are extremely bouncy. The bouncy feeling is not the "fake bouncy" feel you normally get by adding borax. The bouncy feel is not too hard or too soft but with a nice chewy texture.
